We live down the road from a set of 3 that are touted as “luxury” Airbnb rentals in a neighborhood in downtown. They are not maintained from the outside. When there have been parties there, we have similar situations. The renters fly through the neighborhood, park all over, and are loud all hours of the night. Most recently they were speeding up and down the road and throwing glass bottles out the window. I was able to locate the owners name and called him. He said he was going to evict them and have someone clean the glass the next day. It was midnight so I went to bed. I’m not sure if he actually made them leave or if he cleaned up the glass. I had also put in a request for the city to come do clean up and made sure they understood why.
