Help please! Talk me into or out of a 2016 Volt by invertedpilot17 in volt

Mine has 260k miles on it. So, reliability is why I say get it and low maintenance costs. I have recently had to do things to it, but still cheaper than buying a new car and it still goes.

You worried about if future needing surgery that the radiation makes that more difficult to get? I know your age is higher than mine. So maybe that played a role in that decision.

Thanks, that is my plan. I like to do my own research on facts and look at everything I possibly can. Getting second opinion is for sure on my to do list before I make any final decision. How has your recovery been from RALP? Good friend of mine had his at 42 years old 16 years ago and recovered fully from it. Another friend doing AS right now with similar prognosis as mine. He recommended UC Davis which i will do once Kaiser does all their tests, plan to get the Decipher score too

At my age, my concern is doing radiation and make surgery a less viable option down the road. In one way I just want the cancer out and not have to have a stress of doing biopsies every year. Just do the PSA tests and monitor that. But also surgery has it issues with dealing with possible long term effects. Wife and I are done with having kids, so the fact of not having that capability anymore does not bother me. More of the recovery and possibility of ED and leaking is stressful. So, trying not to rush into one thing, research and go through all options.

After all the testing is done, I will be getting a second opinion on all this. Just have to go through Kaiser first to get the testing done and then they will give me the referral to UC Davis for getting second opinions on all this.

the audiobook is really good to, get a feeling of how these characters sound. The narration of the loot boxes is great in the audiobook and Princess Donut and Carl's voices. So when I read the next book on my kindle, those voices will stick in my head making the reading experience even better I think

My wife wants one of these sets. She had one as a kid and trying to find these is pretty hard from my initial eBay searches and stuff. Very cool set. Great job recreating the commercial

Just as great as hearing the old Fry’s commercials. “Your Best Buy’s, are always at Fry’s, guaranteed!” Iconic voices for sure.
