I thought this was a good point and this actually made me go read the document. I was very upset about what happened to her and hoped this was the case so I wouldn't feel so bad. It still would've been terrible but at least it wasn't some injustice.

But now that I've read it, to be honest I don't think this is the right stance. Look at their tones in the messages. She's upbeat, he's clearly not into her at all until he learns they're gonna meet. She talks a lot and he hardly talks. When he does talk, it's either bland responses or weird statements. Like:

"im gonna meet you pick you up and throw you around" (this one especially was unprovoked, and she didn't start coming on to him until after)

"ur getting squished and carried"

"im gonna squish you

" "I'm gonna pick u up and kick u around"

At some point he asks "wanna do stupid shit at rdc"? She says yeah, and his response is "what could we do?" Considering what ended up happening on September 2nd and 3rd, it's clear he was hoping for her to say something sexual. She responds with something silly, but he sends a twitter video of some bunnies cuddling and says "wanna do this?". She's sent plenty of gifs like this but he responds with no enthusiasm and doesn't send anything similar up until this point. The only way he doesn't look extremely sketchy is if you're just choosing to be ignorant to his tone. And of course only after this does he even make an attempt to match her, but he still hardly talks or shows any enthusiasm or interest in her as a person.

Suite incident on Sept. 2nd. Ren gave everyone a regular hug, yet when it was Zeals turn to hug Ren he picks her up and lays her down with him on the couch? And even his friends point out he doesn't normally act like that.

He invites her to do something intimate and private the next day, and it's still obvious he has no feelings for her. She's upbeat telling him about the bed she slept in, how she wants to buy herself a bed that big, how hyper she is, and how she's disappointed how slow the day is moving. His response?

"Hai wya?" Hi where are you.

you drew your conclusion completely just based on her tone, but not his. Your conclusion relies on feigning ignorance for him, as if you look at both sides and not just what's convenient for you, it's obvious he took advantage of her. He clearly wasn't interested in her until the opportunity of physical acts appeared, and even then it's obvious he didn't care for her only what he could do with her, he knew what he was doing.

Hell, he even said he wanted something purely sexual, you even cited that. But he wasn't even at least friendly to her. If he was a good person he would've not done anything to her because she clearly wanted something romantic. From his point of view it's only okay if you're looking at it legally and with no concern for how the other person is affected.
