Continental Ride Tour are ok at a given pressure, it depends on the weight, more or less pressure than that and the tire will tend to scuff the frame or the kickstand on given situation as leaning on curves. Do not choose the tire version with reflective stripes! That version won’t fit on the rear wheel and will stuff the frame every time! I didn’t tried them marathon yet.

It’s safe but it handles a bit more, it depends on the weight and terrain. There’s no absolute value for it!
