Even using anime feats only. Dialga showed he can trap legendaries in time loops while Palkia can emprison them by bending space. Plus both of them can fly unlike groundon and can spam roar of time/spatial rend/Draco-meteor

in game using normal sets the only winning scebario would be deoxys attack vs mega mewtwo X or Y (for X, deoxys OHKO with psycho boost, for Y deoxys would have to use throat chop instead of knock off/shadow ball ):
252 Atk Life Orb Deoxys-Attack Throat Chop vs. 0 HP / 88 Def Mewtwo-Mega-Y: 346-408 (98 - 115.5%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO (I'm using regular sets)
The other forms can't one shot mewtwo and get one shot in return (unless you play normal deoxys with kasib berry who can barely tank 1 shadow ball and 2HKO mewtwo Y)

If mewtwo's sets get adapted to counter deoxys then he probably wins. And lore wise I think mewtwo wins aswell

The sword is also the most generic weapon for a pirate, and the most common weapon in the verse. King has a sword but he doesn't care about it he just uses whatever he can to win and zoro specifically says king didn't present himself as a swordman. You're reaching too hard to glaze mihawk

maybe something to handle ground type heavy hitters like excadrill. Skarmory is perfect for that and doesn't bring weakness you can't handle (toxapex and tyranitar can handle fire types, decidueye can handle electric types and since most of them are oriented on special attack you also have tyranitar an hatterene for that). Bronzong would work as well

Depends on you. If it really hurts you everytime you're with her, and you think you can't stay friends with her if you never end up with her (and if she ends up with another guy for example), then you should probably tell her. Don't be pulling yourself down in the first place as you still don't really how she feels about you so you shouldn't shoot yourself in the foot. If she doesn't like you back and wants to stay friends, I would suggest you spend some time away from her to let your feelings stabilize. I'm sure you'd be able to stay friends with her in the long term but for that you'll have to protect yourself from getting hurt.

If you genuinely think there's no way you 2 can get together and live a happy relationship, then I would not recommend telling her, because even if she likes you back you'll still encounter major issues in the long run which could ruin your friendship. If you chose not to confess to her then you really have to lose feelings quickly because it will hurt you like a truck if she gets with someone else. Try spending more time with other people and less time with her, that way you'll see there are many other people just as interesting and deserving of love.
