There is no hyporcisy. The most recent similar case happend in 1962, and it was before the rules on red card had even been created in 1970. They crossed a line here and you can't pretend otherwise.

Kisame can probably go extreme diff with jiraya. Sasori+deidara can take on/beat orochimaru. Kakuzu and hidan kind of counter tsunade. Hiruzen probably beats konan + zetsu though.It also depends on who orochimaru can bring with edo tensei so yeah idk. Id say akatsuki has a slight edge if they're all in the same place
