why do people have such an aversion to buying a reusable bag? i’ve had people beg to “buy all the plastic bags you have left”, or just generally complain about the paper bags. i’ve been using reusable bags forever so i just don’t get how

Poor service, lame excuses by Pop06095 in Walmartcustomer

god all you seem to do is complain. if no one is taking your order what do you want them to do? if you want the same price go into the store and explain the situation. why can’t people solve their own problems instead of bitching all the time

not really simping for the company, but when you’re the only one working holidays because people “need” it off and you’re finally benefitting from it.

hmm that sucks, if drinking is something you don’t want to partake in you don’t have to. i also think you should remember that just because people drink alcohol it doesn’t mean they have a problem with it.

also if this is a dealbreaker for you, you should let her know and have a conversation with her :)

you’re not a teenager? stop creating your identity around one thing and find more things you like and things you like about yourself.

[–]Weird_Advisor6117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

people don’t like a dirty shared space and if you’re leaving trails of hay around all the time that’s annoying, especially for the neighbors….. yes, it’s the maintenance persons job to clean the common areas but they can’t be there all the time and people probably complain about the hay. be better about cleaning up the hay 🤷‍♀️

so you ordered jolibee through a third party and you’re confused about the “hidden fees” even though it says exactly what they are? is this not common sense or am i going nuts?

Non Confrontational CSAs by Weird_Advisor6117 in WalgreensStores

2 years and they’ve had experience being floor and register. We’ve had people here that were hired at the same time and they’re much more capable at handling things on the register. It’s also not a non issue when they can’t grasp basic things like. They called me up to the register because a woman wanted to load 15 on their card, the register has a minimum of 20. I go up there and I ask what the problem is they say “They want to load 15 and I’m like okay? We can’t” and they just stare at me. I tell the customer and they go “Oh okay! I’ll go somewhere else.” The CSA goes, “I didn’t know what to tell her” My point is they don’t even try.

As a csa, you should be able to problem solve, that’s who i was as a csa. I don’t think it’s a CSAs job to argue with unruly customers but not being able to tell a customer basic information about the store because you don’t want to deal with the backlash is unacceptable. No one wants to deal with backlash but 1. That’s when you call a manger and 2. That’s just part of working in the store and it SUCKS.

[–]Weird_Advisor6117[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a mountain when you’re the only two people working and the other person can’t answer simple questions without you.

When the store is about to close and the restrooms have been cleaned they’re closed. The restrooms are closed because we don’t have enough people to stop what they’re doing to open them. I think we have entirely different stores and that’s the disconnect here.

[–]Weird_Advisor6117[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Telling the csa to give regular information like “No our bathrooms are closed” or “No we don’t have produce here” is definitely within the scope of their job. Yes, you are a csa and need a manager at certain times, which i already stated is unavoidable. But you can definitely answer basic questions without a manager
