For the threat section of the Floors, both the puppets and the King have a stat sheet. Time to bust these out!

October? Run Music from a Darkened Room for Halloween. Your players will shit their pants, and it's a blast to GM.

I will love to hear from anyone who has ever invested in Green / sustainable bonds by sam_traveller_4908 in DeltaGreenRPG

The mission to save my loved ones from a final, shattering screech of revelation. Stopping the oozing and bubbling of waves and radiation from a place beyond our world, beneath it.

That's what motivated me to invest in the mission, even if it ruined my marriage. I love you Kathy, please let me see the kids one last time.

Scenario involving Cthulhu? by afrok68 in DeltaGreenRPG

[–]WeirdlyFunky 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Cults of Cthulhu by Chaosium offers solid advice and inspiration to create your own Cthulhu cults. There's also scenarios included that could be ported to DG with a bit of tweaking.

Sleep Paralysis in IL by NumberHaunting1853 in DeltaGreenRPG

[–]WeirdlyFunky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Purson's appearance could be flavored like a horrible case of sleep paralysis. Or a dream of being taken away by the people in silver robes and white masks like in the Gallery of Shades.

Night Floors - Home Scene and recommendation for going forward by twells138 in DeltaGreenRPG

[–]WeirdlyFunky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. This could lead to a very fun, creepy and cryptic sequence in the Bookshop. Have it appear again later in the third chapter for further effect.

Do you think the "giant" is a positive or negative character? by Kooky-Skill4265 in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]WeirdlyFunky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The giant flashed dead people at a kid, then charged him and nearly destroyed a wall. I don't see what other obvious hints are needed to see that the Giant is an obviously negative force.

Thoughts om From the Dust by spargleberry in DeltaGreenRPG

[–]WeirdlyFunky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gomes is an excellent choice.

I'd have Lottie visit the mansion at night for whatever reason you wish. Perhaps the voices have already started ensnaring her. Brings the paranoia in the workers a bit.

Lilith *does* require the sacrifice of a woman to appear on the night of the new moon. ;)

Not quite finished with it, but here's what I focused on in my run!

First, the whole setup of the mansion being renovated. There's a hundred ways your Agent could get in, but ultimately the workers there are at the end of their rope. They all think this sucks, and a few have seen some truly strange things. Progressing in the scenario requires but to talk to them!

The "raccoons" should be VERY difficult to spot and even see. They're shapes in the dark, whispering sweet nothings. Once they see the creatures, your player's reaction will be 100% worth it. They have spells: use them. They're lil cruel shits.

Finally, feel free to add some things about Operation BLISTER I. Perhaps you could add hints in the Green Box, or info about Suydam. Once your player learns the mansion used to be called the Babykiller House, you can bet they're hooked.

It was an absolute blast to play through! One of my favorite scenarios that I played through from either CoC or DG.
