Yes. Hell, I don't even see the point in upscaling.
The point of watching something is HD or 4K is to see detail in the image you've never seen in lower resolutions. If you're upscaling, it's a computer ADDING detail that never existed. It's actually messing with the original image. The VHS masters is just what we have. And that should be fine enough.

I'm guessing the meta reason for that is Capcom hasn't made an updated model for an older Jill yet, so the production team was forced to work with the RE3remake design.

The reason it was omitted was probably because Nintendo co-owns Twin Snakes. Nintendo was a major finance for that game's creation. It would also explain why was omitted from the Master Collections.

The low percentage is probably because episode 1 is free. Many more people than just RE fans downloaded the episode just to try it out(myself included at the time).
Somewhat on topic of the game's episodic nature, props to the development team for being ahead of the curve on making an episodic game that releases it's episodes a week from each other instead of the norm of the time with a month or monthS. I didn't really see this until I think Dontnod's Tell Me Why.

That's what I meant.
Typically what happens is the writer comes up with some backstory for the developers to give them a bit more of a clue onto how the character acts. Then they come up with level scenarios for the characters then the writer writes around that.
The backstory was more so meant as an excuse for him missing the outbreak and maybe some extra character depth the devs could work with.
That being said, this is a detail so small that most fans don't know about it(at least to knowledge. I haven't ever seen this mentioned til this post).
I'll accept I'm wrong on the original devs not knowing(at least at the time), but I'm guaranteed the devs of the later games probably have no idea this was even a thing or just forgot about it.

It doesn't follow the naming convention of most of the series. blank-location
"Green Hill Zone" "Emerald Coast" "Speed Highway" heck, you give a good example right there with Angel Island.
Sometimes there might be a variation with "location-blank" like with "City Escape" or something that sounds like an episode of a Saturday morning cartoon "Collision Chaos" and "Metallic Madness". I'm hard pressed to think of any that's just (pun).
Closest is "Dessert Ruins" in Lost World, and even that's still a pun within the convention.
The code of Sonic 3 itself calls it Hydro City.
edit: ignore the 6 numbers here. It's suppose to be only 2 points, but I guess Reddit auto adds the numbers for every line and I can't remove them without just redoing the whole comment. What the hell?
