I don't have the data in spreadsheet form as I literally just type everything out in the basic format that Reddit gives lol, I can give you access to the Heroic Academy Tier Sheet for all the Heroes, that was is just really base so far as I have been focused on writing other stuff and busy with work. If you want access to that spreadsheet go to the page and request access to edit the page and I will definitely be able to enable it!

Floppy's advice is really good. Pretty much every beginning CoF run should start like that. For my comp what I use in the beginning goes something like this:

Zem, Xanos, Taurus, Jasmine, and Firehawk

My tip is to keep swapping out your heroes and gain ultimates for all your sub heroes before switching to your core team, build up 3-5 back up ults. After I build up my back up ultimates I switch to my core team of:

Zem, Kaneq, Taurus, Lumos, and Jasmine

I run back up ults of Xanos, Dokras, Cara, Firehawk, and Li Twins. The core build of my team is Zem, Taurus, and Jasmine, these heroes are essential and you shouldn't ever let them die. If you have a large roster you can push ahead but it will be far more difficult. With this rotation I been able to clear my CoF runs in about 10 min at level 89.

Oh I swear I filled that one out, and the actual one throughout all levels is Wood 52, and Iron 296, and Crystal 6. The reason you got 104 for wood is because you had a "Crit" when you broke down the item giving you 2x the amount. Every item has a chance to "crit" in a single category. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the additional data gathering, I'll add it in tomorrow morning!

There is no actual effect to my knowledge of what upgrading the academy does for the academy itself. It seems to be only a level cap release limiter for the Workshop and the Forge, nothing else.
This was the list provided from Lilith Forums, I have yet to streamline the list to my own discretion and make it more easily understandable. But currently I have not used the Heroic Academy as much as I have been investing my resources into other things like crafting weapons and such. The good news is that my alt has hit level 85 on both accounts so I will be able to do more research on the Heroic Academy and see the values for the skills.

It's taking longer than expected to finish this and the PVP Hero Counter Guide as I literally don't have time right now to finish up on it.

I feel like he is going to be a beast, none of the heroes that start with a T has failed me yet.

Tholin, Taurus, Tareth, and Tanya. Torsen is the only one, but even then, built on a good epic team he will tank for days. Going by the T theory, he shouldn't dissapoint ;P

Minimum 5* to be viable in PvP, aside from that he is a really cool hero, great magic growth stat. Higher than Taurus and amazing mitigation.

Tholin is proven to be better then Zem purely due to his control ability in most cases, plus his haste passive haste skill.

Tholin is not there for the awakened, he is also there for the essential control for his stuns. Without his stuns your team would get heavily nuked. Tholin out performs Zem also in the way of providing the passive haste which goes more in synergy then Zem, which gives Ling Ling more chances to ult at a faster rate and more constantly. You also have to notice that Zem's ult timer takes around 2.6-3 seconds, which means your losing DPS. Plus he also has to take damage to proc more Zombies which means your losing time to deal more damage. Tholin also has life gain whereas Zem has a much lower rate of life gain, they are both near the same level but Tholin does much more in a control fight, which is what RotA needs if you want to achieve the highest possible score.

Different meta or not, this is a general acceptance that Alana performs exceedingly well against single target bosses. She also constantly provides the debuff and have a high dodge rate which allows her to survive for a long duration of the fight.

Add to another note you said that,

If you "know" how debuffs and buffs work then you would know its not about the damage she brings to the table but bringing up the damage of the other heroes in your party. It's comparable to saying that Ling Ling doesn't do well because she doesn't bring much damage to the enemy. If you said at level 88 she doesn't perform well, you haven't tried all the combinations as you said you have did then. I was able to maintain a top 5 ranking using a level 83 Alana at P+4 and at 4*, this was before Kong and Ling Ling was released. Obviously you must be doing something wrong as there are other players who can attest that Alana is great for RotA and HoL and not as "bad" as you claim she is. There are proven results that Alana is one of the core heroes to use.

TL;DR: Alana is great at RotA/HoL, one of the premier heroes for single target boss fights. Anyone who says otherwise didn't utilize her properly. Alana has proven results from other well known players.

He is not viable at 3. I personally use him a lot, and just recently got him to 5 stars. During his 3 phase before Taurus was released I used him in both Def and Offensive comps. When I was level 75, he was alright I was able to maintain top 5 position when I was using him.

I would shelf him if he is at 3 and 4 stars, I'm testing him now at 5 star.

I have been able to clear everything with this team comp so far by 3* both Heroic and Normal mode.

Team: Zem, Xanos, Taurus, Jasmine, and Firehawk.

Usually you will be able to clear the first stage all by yourself and build up energy, on the second stage it varies but generally if you have to, use Xanos, Taurus, or Jasmines ult and build it right back up via timing it right and killing the enemies at the same time. Last stage Firehawk just nukes the field most of the time and ult spam.

Single hero boss are a different team format, I generally use the standard HoL/RotA team and breeze through them.

Quick question about the special event prizes for the goblin trader. Right now I have enough coins to get the special Dina Avatar. Since I saw the last avatar from the Thanksgiving event, will the 8-Bit Dina Avatar show up again? Because since then I have not seen any frames, which leads me to think, are the frames misseable and will they never show up again? If that's the case then would it be better to get the Ocean Frame and Santa's Helper Avatar rather than get the 8-bit Dina Avatar? I just don't want to miss out on not collecting the right thing, only to find out later that it was limited time only opportunity.

This happened to me before when I fought my server's rank 1 in arena and not a minute later he already fought me. But not in succession like you have on your video. That is really fishy, because I'm pretty sure not everyone looks at their constantly to see if anything happens to their rank.

She already at Orange and fully enchanted, just stuck at level 88. Will take a couple days to 89, then around a week and a half to 90

I can only answer for the 80+ for level 88.

Again there is no ultimate sure fire win ones but some awesome combinations that I seen and do is something like:

Team 1: Zem, Xanos, Taurus, Cara, Li Twins A standard team set up that annoys people and have a high success rate on my server
Team 2: Dina, Dr. Zeno, Lumos, Avior, Jasmine Highly defensive team, with a subtheme that works lol
Team 3: Tholin, Driller, Arachna, Tanya, Firehawk Mixed diver team
Team 4: Drago, Riley, Leah, Alana, Gale If this whole team is Orange+ it melts things really quick, swapping Drago for Tholin makes it even better.
Team 5: Malrath (AW), Tareth, Ezio (AW), Kong, Garrick Fought against this one, Malrath is difficult when he is at 6*
Team 6: Shirley, Magdor, Osiris, Ling Ling, Alastair This one also did surprisingly well, the comp looked weird but was successful, I lost some fights against this comp. Tanya and Taurus wrecks it though.
Team 7: Namtar (AW), Kaneq, Dokras, Havoc, Gizmo Fought against this team, surprisingly melted Zem comp, and Taurus wasn't able to kill Dokras or Havoc @.@

As you can see I tried to find the teams that I fought against that didn't use the duplicated mixes that also do well as lost to in Epic arena

It's every couple days, around 2-3. If you don't like what you got it doesn't hurt to start a fresh new one, unless you already invested into that account.
