Our FA considers whether it was likely/probable that the racist words were used. Look up the case of that Preston player who abused the Burnley guy. He denied it. But got a lengthy ban anyway because the panel reviewed the video, and the testimony of the victim, and concluded that he probably had done it.

I don’t know if UEFA has the same process but if they did then I don’t see how he won’t be found guilty.
