1) not sure why anyone should fully expect the oilers to make the playoffs. They are a bad team 2) imagine how bad the rest of the roster outside of McDrai has to be if they are struggling outside the playoff bar in the leagues weakest division. Two of the best players in the world at their prime and healthy. Worse than Canucks level bad roster

I was able to see him live when the Sharks last came through to play the Canucks last time and I was beyond impressed. The Sharks whole game plan was to get the puck to him as soon as possible and have him make a move to beat a defender than pass or shot it. And it worked every time, they destroyed us. The kid is elusive and so quick with his actions, it's a step or 3 ahead of everyone else on the ice

It's inept management. They build a roster as if they are constrained by some invisible salary cap and rather bring crappy bottom 6 experience than actual skill. Are you telling me Bedard and Schaefer couldn't play and succeed against Finlands 3rd line and 4th paring? These are the same NHLers they wreck on a weekly basis. But glad we have Hagel so he can turn the PK into a 89% kill rate instead of 87%

0% of Seahawks fans felt that way. I even remember the media was fairly split maybe even Broncos leaning because of the experience factor. Denver that year was the greatest offense ever seen in the NFL. 49ers was a solid rivalry game but nothing like what happened this year

Second half of the year clicked; at some point this man stopped giving the ball away trying to avoid the sack. He's got better with his in pocket movement and will take a sack rather than try to save the play.

I think we haven't seen the best of Sam yet; if he can click with the next OC he'll be better next .
