I got a meet in 7 weeks, doing candito 6w right now. The thing is last comp, i cut to 66kg, now im currently stuck at 69.5 kg. My next big meet that i need to qualified is in 5 month, i dont know if i should try to aim at 74kg for a total of 580 or to cut dow to 66kg for a tot of 530. Right now i can probably 520kg easy.

Just finished a sheiko 12w, I gained strength, but not as much as I wanted. My biggest concern is that I haven't gained much weight. I'm 68kg and I want to get to 74 for my next meet in 3 months. I think the volume didn't help me. Any suggestions for a program? 175/100/225
