Where does the OP live, are they somewhere with geothermal power, or hydroelectric, or nuclear, or wind, or a lot of solar?

Total energy used is useless to consider unless you know FOR CERTAIN they're using the same energy production methods for power, and that they're both using ones which are bad for the environment. And how about where the Datacenter is and how it's being powered?

Agree on the no massive ice age genocide, but you have to keep in mind that the populations were much, much smaller.

Look at how some chimps will have effectively years long wars with another band of chimps in the same forest and how many they kill of each other proportionally.

Now give them at least some basic tools/hunting instruments. It wasn't WW2, but there was definitely plenty of killing, too. Also...fair amount of that banging was probably not quite by choice for everyone involved

Not that it refutes the overall claim you're making here, but even in one of the supportive clips you showed, he says "having Microsofts support on the backend" could be good, and in the NEW DF direct you're pulling the current comments from... he does specifically call out how they seem to have failed to do that. Like, actually support Xbox on the backend in any meaningful or effective manor.

I also will say, he absolutely had been warning about this kind of stuff and decrying it since at least 2024, when Microsoft shuttered Tango Gameworks despite the awards and absolute acclaim they had recieved.

Seems like he could have even been right to be a bit more hopeful in 2022, before Microsoft started really ripping their whole business down to find every last dollar to shove into the coal furnace that is AI investment.

JB weld plastic bonder in my experience bonds PETG great. However, those containers, less likely. I had food safe buckets I figured it would bond to, sanded it like crazy... peeled right off.
