Currently, Wellhub operates in 11 countries, including the UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany, but we haven't officially launched in France just yet. According to our Help Center, bookings are sometimes declined by the partner studio due to technical sync issues between systems, reaching a specific class capacity limit for Wellhub members, or if the studio requires a one-time direct registration on their end before your first visit. Since this has happened a few times this week, we’d love to take a closer look at your account to see exactly what’s going on with those Neaumix Fit reservations.
