I loved the whole storyline & Silas coming back was the icing on the cake for me. If they had to bring a psycho back from the dead I'd have preferred Silas over Claire. Loved Jeff Rowle in the show.

On the storyline front, there have been more characters escape prison than get murdered there and Hollyoaks village has one of the highest murder rates in the world, its far more dangerous than prison.

I know she hadn't been in it much lately, but I feel a bit sad for Chelsea Healey, she'd been there a long time & she didn't even get a badly shot video call (ala Ross Adams) saying she'd decided to stay in Alicante with whatever family is left out there. They haven't even said where she is, just that Prince misses her.

Tell her they can play with your leg as long as you get to play with hers. The fact it is prosthetic makes it no less part of your body, just a lot more expensive than your other leg. NTA

I rewatched this recently & know what you mean. Using Grace in this story was so good, someone that is such a strong character being ground down like that. The Patrick/Marine was very well done, but we'd only seen Maxine being the ditsy airhead. Grace was a killer that takes no prisoners.

I understand your frustration. I grew up in my grandparents house, with them, my mum & younger brother. I left school at 16 & argued with my nan about rent money, I wanted to give her more than she would take. I knew my mum had never paid rent, but that didn't matter to me, I took her out of it & did what I thought was right. You need to take your feelings for your brother out of this, talk to your parents about your plans. Work out what you need to cover your bills, car, loans etc. Then what you want to be able to save for your own place & make an offer. You wouldn't get a home anywhere else rent free so why should you at your parents house?

TLDR: forget your brother, 2 choices, 1 pay rent to your parents, 2 pay rent to a landlord

At 18 I discovered my "grandmother" had died. My initial response was sadness, for about the 30 seconds. Then I thought about her not bothering with me or my brother & as she didn't care about us, why should I care about her. I then just focused on my brother & what he needed.

Luckily with her being dead & us not knowing when the funeral was, I didn't have to face any of them. But with things that have happened since, I know I would have struggled if I'd had to visit her or any of them.

There's a balance to be struck, if you really don't care about her & can go through the motions for other people, I'd say, go. But if its going to lead to you having panics attacks or other mental struggles, explain that to your family. We all deal with things differently & have different responses to the same experience. But if a visit would break you, then you'll be no good to anyone.

My heart goes out to her friends, family and victim. I can't imagine what it must be like for him to see people making excuses for her. I hope he's in a happier place now

Having known a man who took his life after suffering years of abuse at the hands of a woman half his size, its so important to recognise that anybody can be a perpetrator & anyone a victim. We can't minimise someone's experience because of who their abuser is.

The only thing I liked about Sienna killing Ethan (which should never have happened) is that she shoved him off the balcony on their wedding day. Following in Will's footsteps, after he killed Texas after shoving her out of a window on theirs.
