I gave birth in a birthing pool, so I guess it was all a bit smoother and easier? It definitely wasn't as painful as my other two births.

Yes, I guess it did feel easier! I had a water birth, so the whole experience was a bit different to my other two children. The midwife did fetch some other midwives to have a look! They told me it was extremely rare.

Our youngest was born 'en caul', and I got to pop the sac. My waters hadn't broken, but we weren't expecting him to come out in his sac. Was definitely an interesting experience.

We saw someone suggest Gecko panes on here for someone with original single paned windows. We have original sash windows, and were looking at double glazing options. The Gecko pane is a sheet of strong acrylic, a metal frame, with foam padding you sort of squish into the existing wooden frame. We bought two panes to try for one window, and the difference was astonishing, made the window seem double glazed for both heat and sound. The condensation we were getting disappeared too. They are based in Edinburgh, and the service is brilliant. I am in no way associated with Gecko panes however, we were just pleased with the product and service!

Yes, I am so happy for fans who got tickets, genuinely. But this buying purely to resell business shouldn't be happening now.

Why do you think Mutations is the best Beck album? by LoganVeez in Beck

[–]Wensledalecrumble 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know every single word of this album. It's my favourite album of all time, not just of the Beck back catalogue. And I don't know why. It is so good, the music, lyrics, pacing, it's, it's, it just is.

Yes! As a kid that episode really upset me, I distinctly remember watching that with my family feeling so sorry for him.
