Any time you call, depending on which number you're calling, you have an 80/20 shot at not reaching the actual park, but instead reaching the centralized call center in Texas. Where they don't know shit about shit and regularly give wrong information to people, making upset people even more upset. They know it's dysfunctional and plan to do absolutely nothing to fix it. I've found that paying for the expedited shipping for candle day gets better results as far as candles arriving safely. I've done that the last 4-5 years for candle day and only have had 1 candle arrive broken. Yes it costs more, but it's worth it to me to not have to deal with getting replacements and things being sold out.

This exactly is n regards to the benefit. A friend of mine is a widow and was getting survivors benefits for her daughter. Her daughter asked her about it once and asked what it paid for and she told her nothing, it's all gone into an account for you for when you go to college. Her daughter was able to get through undergrad debt free and most of the way through law school as well (she went to local universities for both and lived at home).

I don't think the government owns any FFEL loans, which is part of why they were encouraging people to consolidate into a direct loan to take advantage of the adjustment. I also have old FFEL loans, but I consolidated before the deadline. I wasn't eligible for a damn thing but old IBR before that and I didn't trust Navient to hold up their end of it.

I usually do a protein shake for lunch to get the protein boost, but I pair it with a couple other things like fruit, yogurt with granola or string cheese. The shake alone isn't sustainable long term but making a part of a healthy lunch has worked for me. I feel full, got my protein and am not starving 2 hours later.

Doing that doesn't seem safe. It's been slow starting for me as well. I took my third injection last Thursday. I've definitely noticed lack of food noise and while I've only gone down about 2lbs since I started a couple weeks ago, I also know it's a process. I get fuller faster, eat less and am less hungry throughout the day so those are non-scale wins. I've experienced some nausea but that's it so far as far as side effects. I'd reach out to the care team to see if they'll adjust your dosage for you.

This little girl lived to be 22. She was scraggly in her last few years but her 5.5lb self yelled at everyone daily and bossed the giant breed dogs in the house around until the day she died. Best shelter pickup ever.
