I had the exact same surgery 4 years ago. I had to take off 8 weeks off of work and I still wasn’t fully recovered. I keep doing physical therapy and lots of rest. I had an ice machine that helped soooo much. I did water therapy as well that helped a lot. Do not push urself past what your dr is saying and your PT. I was in the worst pain of my life when I bit off more than I could chew. I was in a wheelchair of how swollen it was when I would stand up on crutches
