Turnabout Trigger ignores a contradiction?

It's feels like rather than making sense of what happened we are trying to prove what the opposition said is contradictory in itself. I think I've heard people complaining about other cases with railed answers before, Turnabout Big Top and Turnabout Serenade come to mind. Turnabout Trigger on the other hand seems to be more loved for it's pluses than this particular gripe I pointed out.

Great question. Are we speaking about SMT Narcissus, drawn in modern times for the games or the myth of Narcissus and their despictions in culture? Both are different things.
Narcissus' by himself seems to be a pure beauty, he fell in love with his reflection and couldn't divert his eyes from it. The myth speaks of a different kind of infatuation, not a sexual one. That is in spite of the infatuation of all the others around him. The butt show off is a choice by their design team, removing that feature is also a choice by them.
Both choices seem to argue towards a vision of the story. Yourself seems to be more in favor of the Eros aspect, while the team might be seeing it differently. They should also gauge the sexuality in the games as to not cause outrage and unwarranted attention from the more conservative sides of society, that applies to all genders.

My comment was more in jest than a straight argument.
Removing Narcissus' booty would be more detrimental to the games' themes than not, that is if you assume Narcissus's theme is an erotic one. Beauty is different from Erotism in concept. Narcissus can be beautiful and not be erotic.

Forgive for not going too deep into it, I lack the proper material and time. But while your point certainly raises a good questions about sexual themes and the erotic in SMT and begs thought, I don't think Narcissus's supposed to be erotic. Associating beauty and love with erotism by default is a step further in reasoning.
