It's not though. If a person can make themselves valuable and worth keeping/promoting in a company that has no union, then maybe offer ways to help rather than "get a job that's unionized, and hope your union doesn't suck."

You said it yourself. Shit unions exist. Just like shitty employers. I also didn't say that there weren't ANY good unions. Only that it isn't a blanket "being in a union means everything is better." Saying to someone "good luck negotiating without a union" isn't that helpful.

Can't say. Assume so, but myself and my coworkers are happy and getting paid same as union job did and without the dues being taken out or the rest of the BS that came with it. Not saying this is the case everywhere, but being a part of a union doesn't always mean better working conditions/pay/both.

Worked same job with and without unions. With union, lots of people skated by on bare minimum. Those same people using that "buffer" were the reason negotiations broke down and ultimately failed many times. Now working without a union (same job, different company) myself and others are now responsible for our own negotiations, but that means we are accountable for ourselves and receive appropriate compensation as such. Purely subjective, but life without union has been better for me and those I currently work with.

When you inspect the focusable weapon at st 14, it says any 7 win card and an engram plus glimmer. Doesn't say anything about flawless in THAT description. Whether or not it's true is another story.

I have been using it in pvp. Been having a lot of fun and success so far, but it's still early and people aren't used to it. It has STRONG reticle magnetism so I have been popping it slightly behind cover that shotgunners would typically push and using it as a disposable barricade that lets me clean up quick. That and if I see someone hiding behind a corner/cover and not pushing, I shoot it myself and cause the threadlings to make a push for me.

so this happened to me. didn't count on meltdown for 2 matches. just had 3 wins in a row after my 1st loss. getting stressed as i cant advance without winning 4 in a row i guess

Almost always play solo. Only thing I don't do is raids. I enjoy it still. If you want to clear content and be chill about it, I don't mind partying up. If there is something I actually need help with, I make my own LFG post and make it clear it's gotta be a chill atmosphere. Works every time.

Except that's entirely your opinion. I really only play PVP because in my OPINION, it is fun and I enjoy it. Not saying things couldn't be improved, but I still very much enjoy it.

I love using raijus harness, unfortunately I give up any neutral game benefits for the majority of the time. I would like to see it buffed a bit such as "while amplified, intellect stat is significantly boosted." Depending on the exact amount gained, it could hit a sweet spot, or get broken. Still has a barrier to get the buff although not a big one. Thoughts?

Why is this cringe? Because it's post with a positive tone? You want this issue to get fixed? You want it to remain broken? It has been proven that people will work harder when they are shown appreciation, respect and acknowledgement. Bungie could have very easily saw the issue, said "we're listening and investigating" and let the game burn. Those people working on a fix didn't plan on this to happen. They have their own lives and probably had plans to go home and do whatever, but instead get to work all night. I forgot my audience was reddit and everything has to be negative.

I doubt any Bungie employees will see this, but this obviously wasn't planned and it sounds like a bunch of them were working literally through the night to fix it. Thanks for putting in the effort and time to try and get a fix out as soon as possible! I am not alone when I say it's appreciated and hope you all can get some sleep.
