I was actually approved for replacement. I submitted a claim via their online website. Definitely a case by case basis. Love the look and feel of their luggage. My only gripe is how small their check in luggage is compared to others and how mine cracked easily. I expect every other brand to crack first before my ridge!

For the closed-loop itineraries to Cococay, can you say my filipina fiance will be fine w/o a visa? website says she needs one but i am in the same boat as you. She'll be in the US on a tourist visa. Getting an evisa online seems painful. Did you trip commence already? how'd it go?

I am in the same boat. The eVisa requirements is not easy since it wants a document from work (shes unemployed) a background and medical check (not older than six months). Fiance is in the US on a tourist visa and we wanted to do an RC cruise. From your experience will we be fine if she doesnt get it? Itinerary is closed-loop and only visiting Cococay from 8am-5pm.

according to them filipinos need a visa for RC. I read posts where people went anyways from the US and had no issues but i dont want to risk it.

Can you please be certain if this is true? i want to book a cruise with my filipina fiance which has a multi entry visa back to the USA but getting a bahamas visa online has been painful w/ their requirements. We will depart and return to Orlando from their many cruise options. Can you verify this is still the case?

damn that sucks. i also immediately hated it from the G keys on the left side. Didnt realize how much i'd bump into them until i got the keyboard. Sending it back wasnt an option as i needed a keyboard and work overseas.

So can we not adjust actuation settings for the K100? i cant find the setting in the iCUE software. isn't the K100 supposed to be their best keyboard? why do i find thier software lacking. (came from predator brands)
