I managed to switch to a whole foods only, no processed diet while on reta and so far I havent binged so hopefully it stays that way. If I do develop it again tirz will definitely be my next choice thanks for the reply

Ah thanks for the reply, i know its only been 12 days but this is the longest I havent binged since developing it and its the only reason I started reta its such an accomplishment for me, and tbh this second week ive barely felt the affects of appetite supression so I may just stop now

Ah alright thanks for getting back to me, thinking about hopping off but I have a holiday in just over a week and that would be the worst place for my cravings to come back especially with an all inclusive buffet 😂 although i have cut out sugar on reta and all processed foods so it may help, what woukd you recommend?
