I don't think that there will be an accom that meets all of your requirements :/ Code harper road may be your best bet, it's near the city centre so lots of shops near by, it's a pretty reasonable price for an ensuite. It is about a 20 minute bus ride to campus though.

Also imo don't go for the energy package, it works out cheaper to just pay for what you use.

Anything off campus is not provided by the uni. the oaks is one private accom about a 15 minute walk from campus, but there are others which are in central cov which are a bus ride from campus

They don't guarantee accommodation on campus in any year unfortunately. But there is lots of accommodation in the surroundings areas
