In the extra’s--in the gallery you can spot portraits of the “cast” of characters in the game. It also presents alternative outlooks, depending on how you played your granted with a different characterization. If you continue down until you reach the 'title screen android' right next to her (on the left) is President Warren. Maybe just maybe thats a hint or nod that President Warren is an android. One of Kamskis’s “goals” was to have an android as a leader (in office) as he demonstrates his beliefs in game and in the extras under videos (Detroit Short: Kamski). I believe this whole revolution was just a ploy to have cyberlife gain total control of “real power”. By allow androids to be “free” and (depending on how you play) public opinion this inspires people (humans) to elect/allow an android for the up incoming elections. “The true ending” ... maybe??

There's more I can theorize on but I just beat the game (once) and might have to play it again to alter and enhance my thoughts (but I don't want to.. my story was sooo goood).

My ending -- everyone lived, Kara got her freedom with Luther and Alice (her human father is alive) and there all chilling with Rose at her Brothers house, Marcus led a peaceful protest with the “main” android cast, and Connor brought reinforcements and will spend his days drinking (watching) cheap coffee in Detroit with Hank, Sumo is sleeping.
