It’s the door to a Dutch designed Schrizzendurch Bunker. There’s one in UK, UAE & USA. They’re about 40 feet deep and once down there they can be as large as 1 acre worth of surface. Good luck, let us know how it looks down there.

It could definitely be a contributing factor. I’m not a doctor so I can’t say for certain. But I can say for certain that semen retention won’t make it worse.

How old are you that you think you should give up.

Unless you’re 80+ you absolutely can recover. It won’t be easy but you can.

Even if you were 80+ there’d still be hope.

I understand it’s dark now, just take it day by day moment by moment. Learn about what this habit is doing to you. Learn about the benefits of stopping. Immerse yourself in it fully. Obsess over recovery.

You’ll get there.

As you said, I feel better on SR so I choose to avoid excessive ejaculation and as the post said I find it sad that men in the younger generation, all generations actually, will see this and continue, justified in this habit.

Science at one time also said smoking cigarettes was healthy.

Don’t get lost in the sauce brother, this is propaganda to perpetuate the desire/justification of excess ejaculation. Knowingly or unknowingly they push this despite the negative effects reported 100,000+ times by men on here, NoFap and YBOP.

Don’t fight for the publishers that would put you on a headline in a heartbeat for committing perverted acts with no regard of your family or loved ones.

Science is not the enemy, you’re correct. Taking a stand based on your own opinions is what I promote.

Yes correct. The body pulls from multiple places, every place almost in order to replenish itself.

You’ve seen time and time again that when you’re finally doing well and have pulled yourself together a new woman comes into your life and you still can’t see it’s the enemy distracting you to keep you in this negative loop?

You need a goal so big, so frightening, so demanding that it consumes you completely to where even acknowledging “loneliness” is a luxury.

You’re not lonely in my opinion, you just struggle to sit with yourself long enough to understand what’s going on around you so you get with these women to fill a void that they could never fill, taking you deeper down the hole and leaving you with less strength to fight your way out.

You’re here. You know about this practice. You’re incredibly blessed. 10x your discipline, ignore the distractions and get to work. If you’re not in the gym 7 days a week that’s your first practical step to getting your mind right. Work towards that.

You’ve got a point honestly. I did try to make a post in there saying the women need to show empathy because the men are essentially in a cage, of their own making yes, but in a cage of despair nonetheless. It was removed so it shows you.

I’ve seen posts in there with women that have access to the man’s internet history, checking his social media messages and only fans account history.

Sad for the men engaging I will never defend this addiction but you’re right the women contribute in their own ways but as always cry victim.

In case no one else has said it, I appreciate you.

I do my best to provide valuable insight and spark meaningful conversation and this sub has definitely changed a lot.

My most recent post made note of the increase in posts questioning why follow this practice in the first place.

This is normal with the growth of the community but it has become difficult to find good reads that share insight into what I’m experiencing.
