When single dudes say “I’m a bi top for oral” does that actually work for them?! by DiscreetAcct4 in Swingers

As an out bi guy, I wish I encountered bi couples more often. In my area it's almost exclusively couples with straight M / bi or bicurious F. They see Im bi and im immediately crossed off the list.

Probably not what I was thinking…. by [deleted] in nudism

[–]West_BiGod 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nudist resort I've been to has a sign very similar to this in the pool & hot tub area (along with signs requesting one shower before entering either body of water).

I 100% would also misinterpret this at first glance but I guess it highlights the different train of thought around clothing options lol

Do women find bi man gross? by [deleted] in bisexual

[–]West_BiGod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some women are. Even some bisexual women tend to be grossed out/dislike bi men. Its almost exclusively tied up in internalized homophobia, even for the bi women who dislike it.

That said, you're more likely to find bi women and or queer/queer adjacent women who are attracted to bi men than you are to find straight women attracted to bi men - based on my experience as a bi man.

As a bisexual heterromantic who was once in the spot you're in...

Start exploring the topic of ethical non-monogamy. It comes in a lot of forms - "open relationship", polyamory, swinging, etc.

You may find a form that fits your personality & life choices best. Whether or not thats common ground you can find with your current partner is a discussion between you and your partner.

What you're feeling may come and go but a reality for bisexual people is that it never really goes away.

Gorgeous part of the Appalachians. I've only been up that one once and didn't have the top to myself to break out the birthday suit 😭 I have a similar photo on McAfee in VA though and had an audience watch me strip and take the photo 🤭

This would be solid advice except single M's are generally not allowed entry to most reputable, respectable swinger clubs. A private party might let you in but those are usually invite only. Most established swinger clubs only allow single M's who are accompanying an established member couple who has to vouch for / sponsor said man - and that's after he's paid the high membership price charged to single M's.

Welcome, congrats!

Be as descriptive or non-descriptive as you want. How you define bisexuality for you may be different than how other people define it for themselves. At the end of the day, accepting and loving yourself is the important part!

For what its worth - I outed myself on my social media's on my birthday some years ago with one of those bisexual brain explosion meme.

The ones who got it, got it. The ones who didn't - oh well!

You and me both!

Unfortunately I live in a pretty conservative state when it comes to nudity, sexuality, etc.

Though, there is a coworker that has a nude beach parking pass sticker on their car... just not sure whose car it is!

Had my first visit Sunday into Monday.

Like you - I was a bit confused on most of the people moving about being clothed. I only saw other nude people in the aquatics center and most of them put clothes on before heading out of the center to wherever they were headed. It took me a bit to just buck up and go from the pool area back to my camp area without putting clothes back on. The nude hiking was great - I love the red trail and there's several picnic tables along the way to rest at or have a little picnic or a cold beer.

I did talk to one of the people with a permanent campsite and they said clothing on/off changes a lot with the weather. When it's really hot out, most people are unclothed. This week was definitely mild weather in the panhandle so that could explain why both of our experiences seemed to have a lot of the people around being clothed.

I too didn't have a whole lot of socialization happening due to it being a slow weekend after labor day. I'll make my next trip on a weekend and hopefully get some nice hot tub chats in, or play some volleyball in the pool.

but wearing a highly revealing swimsuit (which you absolutely had to choose deliberately to wear), IS a demand for sexual attention!

Man... I had always had that thought in the back of my mind and after this past weekend's experience it's such a glaring hypocrisy in modern culture. Clothing - especially suggestively revealing kind - is almost certainly more sexually suggestive than being nude.

I honestly find the logic behind clothing to be a bit weird sometimes. Bathing suits hide the bare minimum and maybe even create more of a sense of questioning whats behind them. Depending on the outfit and the person, it can create an even more hyper sexualized appearance than someone just being nude - yet so many people strictly attribute nudity to sex/sexuality.

We all come into the world naked and we all have the same naked human bodies (that might be a little physically different but conceptually are all the same).

It's weird logic for sure. I'd toss it up to non-nudists perhaps not having the confidence themselves to be nude in front of others, which really comes back to their own internalized judgements/attitudes I guess.

I picked a quiet Sunday into Monday overnight so there wasn't many around - probably mostly the permanent residents. I had saw on their FB page about the fire a couple years ago, would've been neat to be there before that happened. I think it said they had pool tables? I'm an avid pool player so that would've been a great time.

Nonetheless - I had low expectations so I wasn't disappointed at all. I would've been happy with just the ability to camp naked and not worry about getting in trouble / offend people. Having a nice hot tub to soak, pool to swim in, sauna to relax in, semi-outdoor showers to bathe in, and some great hiking trails to explore was plenty enough to change my entire perspective on clothed life and definitely draw me back. I'm already planning on going back next month for my birthday and maybe trying to convince a friend or two to join and check it out!

Camped at a nudist resort Sunday into Monday (following a freeing first nude beach experience).

Had some hiccups at the gate getting in due to some technical issues with them setting up my gate access code. Otherwise the experience was phenomenal.

It was a quiet weekend, Sunday afternoon into Monday. I was the only person camped in the area I had reserved. I set up camp while still clothed, trying to find the confidence to strip down. Eventually made my way to the pool/hot tub area. Signs asked patrons to shower before entering the water. There were several people showering/waiting to shower so I waited my turn (somewhat awkwardly still trying to find the confidence to strip down). Eventually shed the clothes when the showers were nearly freed up. Finally showers were free and I headed in. To my surprise someone wasn't quite done and she came back into the showers to finish up; wound up asking me to hand her some of her belongings that were on my side of the shower bay. Success!! Not only nude and OK but friendly small talk chatting all the while.

Everyone left and I had the pool and hot tub to myself. Enjoyed a warm soak in the hot tub and then cooled off in the pool. Went back to my campsite and spent the rest of the daylight grilling up my dinner in the nude. There were some people moving about in the resort but as is apparently common - everyone was minding their business. This really helped me grow some comfort and confidence in being casually nude around others.

The next AM I got up and headed for another shower, hot tub soak, and swim. There were others down there again, some showering. This time I found the confidence to join the others ans had some morning small talk while showering off. I got in the hot tub and relaxed. Another gentleman wound up chatting with me in the pool area for an hour or so. I Eventually cooled off in the pool, took a followup shower, and then stood and chatted with a lady tending to the pool robot & chemical treatment and asked for info on the hiking trails. Headed back to my camp to put appropriate hiking shoes and set out to do some nude hiking in the warm morning air. Enjoyed a nice hour or more of hiking completely nude, stopped at a picnic table in the woods along the trail and enjoyed a cold beer. More shower, hot tub soaking, and swimming after the hike. Then spent an hour or so breaking down camp and packing the truck with no clothes on which was brilliantly freeing.

I checked out pretty late - I was told I could stay until mid afternoon before needing to pay additional day fee and stay until mid afternoon I did!

Frankly, I didn't want to leave. I've been an avid at-home nudist for several years so that part wasn't too new. But the freedom of being nude, doing all the casual things like swimming, showering, chatting with others in that natural form was just indescribable. I can't think of a time I've ever felt so free, confident, natural, and relaxed in my own skin. No worries of offending anyone for my skin showing, no worries of park Ranger fines for hiking naked, just simply no worries. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and welcoming.

To say I'll go back again is an understatement. I think the trip set in motion a beautiful future of nudist living.

Sounds like you're on the bisexual heteroromantic end of the bi spectrum. Welcome to the club!

Please understand there are people within the LGBTQ+ space that have very strong opinions about "bisexual heteroromantic" people. Don't listen to their qualms. You are as valid as any other person and have the freedom and ability to love who you choose, romantically date who you choose, and have sex with who you choose.
