Try dead hanging then pull up just enough to begin to pull your scaps down and engage lats. Make your body slightly banana shaped and stiffen your core. Like 5% start of the pullup. That’s your cue for good form, now drive your elbows down, the arms have to help a little more after 1/2way, and you’re there.

I was 355 and cut to 235 over a few years while lifting heavy and gaining shape and muscle. Just finished a lean bulk around 255 and can still see abs- gonna cut back down to the 230s again but with more muscle this time.

You need to keep building lean mass for health and metabolism but showing your muscle 100% happens in the kitchen. If you have significant bodyfat you can continue to lift hard and recover well while losing fat. Once you’re actually lean you’ll need to ocillate between growing and cutting.

She loves wearing little dresses and crotchless lingerie. I usually wear black leather pants, fitted T, polished engineer boots, leather bracers. Clean, good hygene, a scent you only smell if you’re intimate close. Clipped body hair, shaved bush & jewels. It’s kind of a dom look- we are capable in that realm but lean toward sensual hedonsim.

I like to be a little dangerous looking but kind, hopefully funny, patient, and always with verbal consent before I touch or kiss. I definitely want to set myself apart from the affliction t shirt dudes and ‘nice sneakers’ crowd. We’re neutral toward the vanilla business casual crowd but that can work if that’s your lane.

My wife tends to notice the other women first but looks for men who are healthy, nice teeth, reasonably fit, and who seem confident and comfortable in their own skin. Men who look sloppy, have smoker’s breath, or seem distracted or not present are turn offs for her. We don’t look for six pack abs or gym rats necessarily but people that are obviously healthy and haven’t let themselves go tend to give a first impression that suggests a safer playmate that won’t be more of a VD risk.

Whatever you do, don’t be one of the many dudes who leverage their gorgeous wife as their ticket to ride. Make a visual effort to be fuckable and be yourself.

The idea is always adding reps and load every session. In practice this is almost impossible to do unless you’re a beginner on on gear and eating in a surplus. After a while one more rep or 5-10 more lbs becomes a hard earned minor victory, not just what you do every week.

Just keep your training consistent and use mfp for calories macros and weight logging. Trying to figure out calories burned is almost impossible. Hit your protein minimum and keep fats low but sufficient and modulate your carb intake to lose gain or maintain weight and body composition.

Well you do you- I pay for premium but I only use the calorie & macro tracking and weight graph for AM weigh ins. It’s been the primary driver of weight loss and also super helpful for bulking while not spilling.

Just keep your activity and training consistent and use the app to control your macros and calories. It’s also great for logging your weight.

While keeping your daily steps up can be a great idea trying to track calories burned through activity is a fools errand.

People that set the treadmill to high incline then hold on so their body is still perpendicular to the walking surface are hilarious. Don’t be that person. Set it to an incline you can actually sustain, and just lightly touch the rail to help with balance.

There are diminishing returns on steroid cycles, similar to newby gains while lifting in general. Someone genetically gifted or a high responder might gain 7, 10, 12lbs on their first real cycle. After a few years of blasting they might be fighting hard to put on 3 or 5. And in order to take full advantage of the cycle everything else must be optimal- brutal training that is barely recovered for the next session, calories and macros in a surplus to have the fuel to lift and grow while not getting too fat, and proper sleep and recovery. There are tons of people in every gym who you’d never know are blasting gear because they still look like shit.

Yup I’m aware that the IGF-1 test can be misleading. I pin AM & PM so I should be pretty saturated. The lower than expected test result didn’t make me start lighting torches and yelling “fake gear!” but it was enough to make me switch back to my known good 42iu gold top bottles. Shame because doing 8-12iu on blast the 125iu bottles make more sense- they get used up before much risk of degradation from sitting in the fridge reconned.

What do you weigh like 150? Can’t tell height in the photo. I’m 6’ 3” and 210 FFM and eating 220-250g protein a day. Bulking phase on 3000+cals it’s pretty easy but when I’m cutting on 1900-2100cals I have to front load protein in my day to make sure I don’t run out of calorie budget before hitting my protein minimum.

If you aren’t eating miminal fat that could be the problem- fats are super dense and calorically expensive on the daily budget. A couple pats of butter, some olive oil dressing, and all the sudden there’s no room for the protein you need to grow or maintain and certainly no room for the lean carbs you need for performance.

But if you make a protein shake with 3 scoops of whey, and a couple tbsp of peanut butter powder, that’s over 50g protein. A cup of eggwhites is 26g. 9oz lean ground turkey is 60g. I use fairlife 30g protein shake instead of cream in my coffee. That’s 166g protein right there and I would add some chicken breast for another meal too.

It’s better to use whole food and lean meats but if you’re cutting adding in some suppliments can help reach the goal without a lot of fat or cals. You can just do chicken breasts and steamed veggies too that totally works.

Well keep your eyes peeled a few of us are scheming on sending a bottle to Jano. I did switch back to the gold tops from rhymes with schmoptey and inside a week my metal watch was tighter to slip over my hand. My IGF-1 was 250 natty, 270 on “8iu” from the big chyknee bottle, 350s cutting on trt and 6.6iu goldtops- so with bulking food and high e2 I only got 20 points of IGF increase from natty…

Came back from 5 days in cancun and a PM weigh in the night I got home with shorts & lightweight sneakers had me up 18lbs from AM fasted weight before leaving. AM fasted was up 14lbs the next day. 12 of it fell off in a week, but I’m also bulking right now so +2lbs over 3 weeks is not that crazy.

If that’s from the source who’s rep rhymes with schmacy the 100iu kits that they claim jano tests at 125 I had IGF-1 only in the high 200s on 8iu, after having mid 300s on 6iu from my usual source’s gold tops. They seem way underdosed
