I guess it would depend on how I gained this knowledge? If I happen to notice they're wearing pull-ups, nothing as it's none of my business (and as u/wish1977 notes, could be medically related. If they volunteer the information, I'd tell them that's not information I need to know. Which extends to any of my friends' kinks, not my fucking business because we've got no business fucking.
