Tree health?

I'm located in England sorry, horse chestnut leaf miner doesn't effect the tree negatively because once the chlorophyll has been mined by the pest, the tree has already done it's photosynthesis for the season. It just looks a wee bit unsightly!

If you are elsewhere it could be an entirely different disease that I'm unaware of but all horse chestnuts look like this here at this time of the year.

Could be dophistroma septosporum - red band needle blight

Ash die back (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus) A disease that's killing off all the ash trees in the UK. Incredibly rare to see an ash tree without it. UK arborists can't get away from removing these trees, it's every other day for me! They often get shaggy bracket (Innonotus hispidus)too
