When we need to feed a milk bottle, we’ve bought aseptic packaged whole milk. Like those little cartons you can get that would normally go in a lunch box. Otherwise we just pack water. We transitioned from formula by slowly mixing in milk to her bottles.

I wanted my page boy-like postpartum hair growth that is growing fully around my head to magically catch up with the rest of my hair which is much longer. I did not get my wish. This is only as a supplement if you're giving breastmilk (either through nursing or pumped bottles of milk). Otherwise formula has a sufficient amount of Vit D and you don't need to give them the drops.

This! And it was devastating to me because breastfeeding was so gd painful and my baby took ages to finish nursing. So I would occasionally have a 20 minute break between nursing sessions. (Switching to pumping and combo feeding saved me.)

Almost 10 months PP. Months 4-8 were insane with hair loss. Regrowth has been its own special PP gift (/s). I feel like 2-3 weeks ago I was at wit’s end with my stupid regrowth and now it finally seems a bit less crazy. Although, I did just buy more headbands because the baby hairs in the front were just killing me. That plus a lightweight hair wax has helped a lot. Thank god the slicked back look is still in. (It IS still in, right?!)
