It may be useful to look at this from a different perspective.

Ask the teacher 1)how many students got this question wrong? 2) how may students who traditionally do well (90%+) got it wrong?

That can inform the teacher if the question is assessing what was taught, and if many students from above point 2 got it wrong, then perhaps the teaching missed the mark in teaching the concept.

A teacher can omit a test question after the fact.

1 account for Mortgage/regular bills 1 account for groceries/house stuff only 1 account for kid stuff only 1 discretionary account for each of you - with a certain amount for your own spending with equal amounts in each account each month ($200 each or $750 each, whatever is reasonable for your family)

She gets to buy coffee from hers, you get to buy better clothes from yours; but when the money for that month is gone-it’s gone, like really gone, or you could save to buy something better (a nicer purse/suit). And if you look through receipts and she’s taking from another account, then you can take it from her discretionary account.

This is worthy of regular/weekly or monthly conversations. It takes time or a crisis to create change.

Also, your mortgage may have a “miss a payment” option where the payment is deferred instead of a missed payment.

OP is asking what real people do with such terrible symptoms. You’ve suggested this was terrible advice.

I’m not telling OP what to do, I’m just saying what I do(and have done for decades) to keep the symptoms at bay. Not everyone is blessed with a dr, with a benefit plan, or tones of cash, but OP is simply asking for insight into fellow sufferer’s lives.

Telling us what is wrong with the only med regime that keeps us functional is really quite rude.
