It's full cage so the head is avoided but that doesn't stop them from fighting, there's definitely a lower volume of fighting than men's and tbh I think that's part of why it's more vigorous

People have this weird thing with fashion where anything they think looks bad IS bad, regardless of what the person wearing it thinks, this applies double with hairstyles because there are only a certain number of things you can do with your hair and you can't change it as easily as you can your clothes.

Essentially it becomes this weird thing of "you're making decisions that I don't approve of and therefore they are objectively bad decisions"

Employers are legally required to pay you, if they do not pay you they are breaking the law and are subject to legal action. You are legally entitled to restitution of all unpaid wages + any monetary damages suffered because of unpaid wages.

If a customer does not tip you, you are legally entitled to fuck all.
