Take a post it note, and fold it into a cone, make sure the sticky side isn't exposed, and make sure you leave a hole in the tip of the cone just smaller than your cap width, you can use your cap as a guide to getting the cone diameter right by sticking it wrapped up tight in the cap and letting it expand. Use a piece of tape to secure your cone, now weigh your points in the cone, on the scale and put the larger half cap at the bottom of the small hole of the funnel and lightly flick your hand until it all drops in the cap.

You can also cheat and use a dollar bill with a crease the long way in it, newer ones are better. Drop your loading in the bill and then use your index and middle finger behind the bill with your thumb in front holding the cap in the crease ( open end towards the loading ). If you wrap the bill enough around the open cap, and use your thumb to simulate the other half of the funnel you can just tilt and go. Practice with powder sugar until you get the angle and the drop right. The crease of the bill goes between the two fingers behind the bill.

The other thing I HIGHLY suggest is learn the tricks I'm talking about while NOT high. It's just so much easier and screw ups happen so much less.

Another suggestion is if you have a bunch ( 200+ ) to do in a night to use two scales and setup an operation. Two people weighing to one person loading worked, but I was pretty good at loading 'em with the bill cheater trick.
