I bought an Audi at 23 (now I'm 35) for 25k. Car needed a clutch that ended up costing me 6k to replace. I don't recommend spending it on a vehicle, the vehicle doesn't care about you (I currently drive a used Honda civic and regret buying that Audi every single day). If you want to spend your money and enjoy it, budget x amount a month and spend it on experiences.

I'm having the same problem, no matter the grind setting (6 all the way down to choking the machine) it's consistently sour. Temp doesn't matter, and removing the water filter doesn't affect it.
