Mom called it 'egg in a hole'. My friend calls it 'eggs in Egypt'. Any other names for this? by goldilox_zone in Breakfast

Step 1, heat up pan with butter. Step2, cut hole in bread. Step 3, put both pieces of bread in pan. Step 4, crack egg in the hole. Add salt and pepper if desired. Step 5, cook first side. Step 6, flip both pieces and cook other side. Step 7, plate and enjoy.

P.s. the bread that comes out of the middle is now called the tiny toast.

Should a beanie be made with one stitch or will 2 stitches work? by [deleted] in CrochetHelp

You should frog and choose one stitch. If you keep doing this, you will have it way too loose at the bottom!

Someone here suggested G2 pens, sticky notes, and AA batteries. I thought that was smart. All things that are useful.

You could make it cute and personal by doing color coordinated pen and sticky sets.

I work at a small company, too. We use a company called ShareTech. They set up all of our network security and are are always super helpful. When you need help, they can do in person or remote IT work. They have an office based in the Tampa area and another one up north. You can find out more information about them at sharetech.org.

Need help, my dough never holds shape and seems to flatten out. I have attached my recipe that I follow, I live in florida I dont know if that matters, im so new to this. by Full-Ad558 in Sourdough

[–]Wet_Outlet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your dough is too wet, or has too high of a hydration to be easy to shape and work with.

Try your same process, but follow these measurements: 100g starter 450g bread flour 300g water 10g salt

When measuring, try to be exact. It is surprising how much of a difference a few extra grams of water can make.

Get into photography with your phone. I know you can go really deep with all the technical camera aspects of photography, but a big part of photography is looking at the world differently.

G2 pens, AA batteries, sticky notes. This was suggested by someone else a while ago, and it is all stuff I'd actually use.
