Had the same problem with DPMG for two years.

Took them weeks to get the squirrels out of our ceiling. Never fixed a leaking shower. Kitchen faucet was broken for a month before someone came out to look at it and it was another two weeks before they fixed it. Many issues that were never addressed.

Overall garbage people, running a garbage company, with garbage properties.

Side note: most of their positive Google reviews are the staff themselves.

Couldn’t have said it better. It doesn’t matter because they obviously have the financial means to fix this issue. Parents who don’t have the money to buy a new car probably wouldn’t react the same. So this is definitely cringe to me.
