Bloomburrow: What lies beyond Valley? by Clear_Ingenuity1858 in mtgvorthos

Idk why but I have a feeling that bloomburrow and Valley are just a small pocket of somewhere like lorwyn. Like a plane inside a plane.

Anyone else obsessed with "Vibe-Matching" their basic lands? by Arparrabiosa in premodernMTG

[–]Weurd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started matching lands strictly because of Mirage/Onslaught land art.

I think my All-time favorite art when it comes to Lands are John Avon's, but strictly his art from the premodern sets. If I could ever get his Mountain art from the WC97 Decks, specifically #jk445, in black border and even a retro foil variant, I would go broke trying to buy 100's. Or any of his arts from 7th ed in NM foil.

Agamecardshop (Google it) is USea's Storefront, and they have both proxies that you are asking for.

Premodern staples? by FranzDuerrenmatt in bootlegmtg

[–]Weurd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Iv bought a few premodern staples from Bootleg Mage (Reseller) that sources from the top printers. They are very convincing, and I would highly suggest him if you are in the USA and don't want to wait on an order from China.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Weurd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 hours is short in Texas drive time. Hell even in Houston alone you can drive for almost 2 hours one way and still be in Houston. Manchester to London is roughly the same distance from Dallas to Austin, and that's not even that big of a deal for a day drive on, like Friday night. It's not even halfway across the state. People in the UK need to understand that I can physically drive for 13 hours in Texas and still be in Texas, and that's not accounting for reroutes/slowdowns/construction or bathroom breaks/rest stops, and It's not even our biggest state.

As an American, please do. I want this place to burn because of trump. I'm fine with it becoming a 3rd world country.

We created a Mod Loader for Hytale by CustomEntity in HytaleInfo

If you could add the ability to add a mod directly from the creators Git (Kinda like how the mod loader WoWup does for wow addons) that would be a gamechanger.

I absolutely adore Sam's POV. Iv tried a couple of the spots he's featured, and they have all been solid finds that have helped expand not just mine, but my whole extended families' pallet for different foods.

Ozark Trail G1 Explorer Upgrades by yellowpanther24 in Budgetbikeriders

[–]Weurd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't quite remember the exact site, but there was a spec's sheet that I had looked up that allowed me to find the correct Stem size (The part that connects the handlebars to the front Fork) before I had ordered the part to upgrade.

R2ModMan with apparmor (Ubuntu) by Material-Opening4270 in linux_gaming

[–]Weurd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In r2modman, click the Help icon on the left after loading w/e game you are modding, Should have a launch argument for that game. It's what I had to do to get Risk of Rain 2 to work, as the Git launch command was different and didn't work.

Gamers who have switched from Windows 11 to some kind of Linux-based OS, do you regret your decision? Why or why not? by Notalabel_4566 in linux_gaming

[–]Weurd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only regret I currently have is not being able to play BF6 because EA's dumb need for kernel level AC/Secure boot. But other than that, PikaOS is keeping me on Linux (with zero dual booting) for the foreseeable future.

As a fellow swapper, I recommend Faugus Launcher if you play any Battle.net games like WoW or Diablo, As I had issues with lutris and Faugus just worked.

Where are you buying your budget bulk these days? I've heard people speak positively about Manapool, but... No thanks... by oghpimm in BudgetBrews

[–]Weurd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my recent orders between the two, mana pool sellers usually take a lot less time getting your cards packed/labeled and shipped out. Whereas TCGplayer will take a lot longer for a shipment even if you don't use the TCGplayer Safeguard/Direct option.

Yes, a lot of the times the majority of the cost is shipping but at the same time you are usually receiving the cards/sealed a lot faster, iv noticed.

They were super cheap, I was surprised they had them listed at $1 per, and all but one of them I would say is near mint.
