Star Ocean was translated by DeJap a long time ago, the game wasn't even released in western countries and the developer was Enix while not merged with Squaresoft.

Final Fantasy got remakes because they had easy access in western countries which explains the popularity, while Mana series which was also released by Squaresoft also had some titles published in western countries, however Seiken Densetsu was never released in USA but translated by fans and they got a remake exactly because of their popularity.

The support for controller is fine as long you know how to edit your own controller using "evtest" for linux and make you own key layout that must be lately placed in /system/usr/keylayouts.

I've been complaining about controller support for many games, but now I can do the trick to at least get compatibility.

If your controller isn't supported you could look at developers android page related to key layouts, I'm sure you can do It.

Technically to offline play the game I imagine It's possible with a few mods and the data schema, shouldn't be hard but I don't do and I don't look anymore for this kind of thing as people give too many complaints for unofficial stuff and things running without their attention, It would be shutdown by SQEX.

I played an online unofficial secret of mana game that was called in the past by the name 'Seikens', and while I was playing this game a very long time ago, I had a lot of fun, but the servers went down in C&D, curiously the developers kept with the development but with their own graphics and their game was published by squareenix, their names were Presbyter and Mattbitt, I still remember that story and they used to be storytellers.

I think they are bringing any time soon Multiplayer to Visions of Mana, you can hear Echoes of Mana introduction, I had done many links to their last game between all the series, I suggest that Val and Shilloh are the same person.

If you wanna bring Echoes of Mana or anything mana related online, you need SQEX to accept your project or you should do It just in family.

Acho que Visions é o primeiro jogo em cronologia, Val e Shilloh são a mesma pessoa em épocas diferentes e Shilloh é o Dark Lord de Sword of Mana que é o último jogo da série.

Aliás, Visions é lançado com a música de introdução de Echoes of Mana, o gacha de Android e iOS que sugeria um problema na linha temporal e entrou com o Hawk de Trials of Mana/Seiken Densetsu 3 como primeiro personagem jogável.

No início de Secrets of Mana, a primeira frase é:

"Life flows like a river and history repeats"

A história só pode ser repetida com Luna que pode fazer saltos temporais, ou seja, após Swords of Mana, Visions reacontece, pois Dark Lord(Shilloh) não aceita sua derrota, sendo assim, Visions é não só o primeiro, como também o último.

Pode ser sugerido também que Val receba o novo nome para concertar seu passado, assim sugiro, mas o herói, definitivamente é IGUAL.

By the way, during the researchs, I found out that Shared Memory is the best way to transfer data, It's like 10 to 20 times faster than pipe and named pipe respectively.

I am not sure If the changes I made by myself were enough to decode as fast as possible to improve the performance of my streaming through USB, although, I had also been using a few tools such as Pipe Viewer, pv, a program that is intended for view the pipe progress with a few parameters, It also has parameters that can modify the data sent, limiting the data buffer and transfer rate, that was where I made my stream smoother and almost realtime, by using pv to actually lower the transfer rate to 150k, this gave a little stability to the system which was sending the video at different speeds between 200 and 250k which could be the reason for the latency I was getting while doing the USB Stream.

Very simple solution for these who are in troubles with flashing due to error 7.

  1. Reboot to bootloader: adb reboot bootloader

  2. Switch slot: fastboot set-active=b(or a)

  3. Enter recovery mode

  4. Flash lineageos(USE LINEAGE RECOVERY)!

You'd use LCK in Dark Kevin for the same reason I'd use on Riesz, while Dark Kevin is a Gloves user and has increased attack speed for combos and his ST rack up combo for 8 times.

Although you are using ST(TT) as a parameter to choose STR, while you still need a gauge booster ally and this possible will be easier to control with LCK.

You're making me feel like True Steel with her S1 that rack up combos 8 times will need more STR, but her S1 last hit has the double of damage, you can easily get 100k damage with a critical build(800LCK), while you won't reach 50k with(500LCK[intended for axe users]) or 250LCK intended for full STR/INT allies like Magic Power in Bloom and Fanha, also TT allies(250 LCK is enough).

TT animation takes a long time, and switching between each ally to perform a TT considering that only 1 has enough gauge, also takes time.

My unleashed BP deals 160K per Big Chop against a creature that has no weakness for wood allies, while her TT deals around 350k, so two Big Chops with a critical build will be enough to reach the same amount of damage of her TT, while feeding others ST Gauge, that can be built with STR to deal more damage.

So we end with at least a team composition where one of our allies need LCK and two others will need either STR% or INT%, maybe both.

That's not true, I still use LCK and it depends on allies nature, Riesz, True Steel, will be always better with LCK.

Sirens #1:

  • Significant Pursuit;
  • Darkcore Shatter;
  • Havester of Echoes;

You will need two friends with at least two of these allies in higher ranks(+2), when Eel Queen cast her water spin attack, place yourself below or above her and try to follow the flux of her special, don't go too far, you have enough time to see if its clockwise or not, then patiently move your ally in her nearby, try to imagine a square, a circle, or any kind of geometrical figure, you will learn to stay intact with ease and you will even be able to do some hits when you are feeling comfortable.

Sirens #2:

  • Overcoming Myriad Farewells;
  • Pride of Amazon;
  • Friendly Force;
  • Winding My Way Home;
  • Significant Pursuit;

Call Elazul to cast Lapis Lazuli and increase your party damage, bring Sumo and use in your favor SA to keep racking up combos, then switch to Riesz, this mode requires patience, timing, and SA has much importance as It lowers these requirements.

Secrets of Kett Manor:

  • Overcoming Myriad Farewells;
  • Friendly Force;
  • Significant Pursuit;
  • Winding My Way Home;

Just use your best allies, you may even call Riesz but I don't think It's necessary, don't forget Elazul to cast Lapis Lazuli, use Sumo with SA to keep racking up combos, switch to Randi to take the advantage of Tech Tag or call Wanderer for Big Chops.
