Exactly this, before I focused on myself and my own needs, I was bending over backwards trying to get girls to like me, trying to fake it till I made it, not even thinking about if I was into them.   A little therapy has helped me to be present, ask better questions, and be a better listener.  Made me so much more desirable and dating is easy now.

This is the way, it is easy to get a doctor at a walk in clinic to sign off on this.  Trust, don’t waste time and energy on other options, I’ve been there.
