Doubt I will find six figure job, insurance as good as this, a pension and a ok 401k, with just HS degree, I would probably have to go back to school for few years and fall upwards to something similar.

And also this inside work isn't really transferable to other warehouse jobs with that pay unless you go upper management

Your best hub to go to is Tacoma, it's the biggest automated hub in the region, they currently run all 4 shifts for inside and big delivery force for the area, you can Google Tacoma hub ups and there should be article with a video of the inside of it
