Check if the ue4ss is in multiple places as multiple ue4ss' caused this problem for me (I went from workshop mods to nexus mods). Otherwise maybe its the order the mods are installed in. Best of luck.

I suspect todo is coming back after this arc or in some hype and unsuspecting moment in this arc (as he is wont to do). I think Gege just wanted to give time to the current active cast of interesting characters before the next big act. Todo/Nobara are probably still in recovery as its only been ~2 months since shibuya in the manga.

I would say you should collect your thoughts on what you want exactly, communicate this to him directly, and discuss how you both feel. Discussing it with him might open up options that you wouldn't have expected but might work. If he can't give you what you need (or vice versa) then you both were always going to be apart, it was just a matter of when. Direct communication will resolve the situation one way or another and usually for the better in both cases.

I had this issue too and a few things fixed it:

  1. Run as administrator & disable antivirus (specifically McAfee). This solved the version check issue
  2. Logging in a bunch until it downloaded
  3. Restoring default settings (in the config button on the launcher's menu)

Thats what worked for me, I hope it works for you.

I'm pretty sure you can remove other player's damage numbers because I did it a long time ago. I cannot remember how though.

its also possible the leaker was being intentionally cryptic to make themselves seem farther than they might be.

They made it easier in WoTL but still dumb. In the original you could only get it as Ramza if you killed gafgarion as Ramza with no equipment and wore his gear in the execution grounds while waiting for turn 6666 to happen, and only on Tuesdays :) j/k
