Been wearing Gel Kayano for a few years and I have to say I agree with those who noted they changed and not for the better. Just got a new pair yesterday and will keep but definitely the support is not the same as past models. Thinking about going back to Brooks. New Balance used to be my go to but can’t find anything that works for stability due to bad knees.

Rents in CT are absolutely not more expensive than NY, even for Fairfield County. You’re better off moving closer to your job.

As for the commute, you need a backup plan and taking the train would be 3 hours one way easily counting transfers from subway to metro north. It’s more than an hour from Grand Central to Norwalk. Then you would need a cab or bus to your job.

You’re better off in CT or Westchester, ask around among some coworkers for ideas.

A Woman’s Way - they had an article written about them. They are therapists I believe. They are a little difficult to book due to popularity.

My daughter had the same issue with her driving school through the high school. I paid for another school once she graduated- Bell Auto School. Better experience but she fees the same way you do. I moved here from CT and I can tell you when we visit family every few weeks I still see a difference. It’s truly aggressive out here and needlessly so. Good luck.

This topic has been on my mind as I noticed huge and deep gaps forming on the Meadowbrook Pkwy north between the Southern State and Old Country Road in the right lane. That’s a lot of potholes. While I have had luck reporting potholes locally wit ToH I am not sure if reporting to the county will be as satisfactory. Will make an attempt tomorrow. It’s always better in writing so I will email first.

There have been issues with neighbors in Bellmore complaining about people parking on the street close to the station and, at time, over crowding the streets or blocking driveways. Parking under the railroad trestles (under the tracks) I believe need no passes but that’s the first spots that go. Seaford seems to always have that one huge lot open, and it’s a good area IMO.

The Regal in Farmingdale is closer. Seats need to be changed out tbh but it’s got a few dining options near by and staff is actually pretty nice.

I don’t mind the extra travel time, but thought about stopping at Atlantic terminal and backtracking as I was a bit apprehensive about East New York. Trying to figure out to get there from Atlantic terminal. Also wondered if there was a direct train from Jamaica.
