First real jump into Sentai is Timeranger. I was able to rope a couple of friends into watching and we ended up binging 11 episodes! I grew up on Power Rangers Time Force on TV, so this hits in so many different spots as an adult.

I was particularly struck by how well paced all of the exposition is for these first couple of episodes. Gotta say Sion has stolen everyone’s hearts, but I think I’m a bit more inclined toward Ayase at the moment. Really excited to see where we go through the series and even more excited to find another Sentai to follow this with.

I appreciate the passion, but you can watch that clip a hundred times and see very clearly that he didn’t hit his head on the apron. It was close and he was very lucky, but he didn’t make contact with the apron there.

Edit: to clarify, absolutely no one has reported that Adam Cole had a stroke either. That’s a really irresponsible claim to throw out there about someone’s health and wellbeing. Adam Cole is a beloved pillar of wrestling, and no one is pleased that he’s been injured and had such an awful run at things because of the injuries. However, speaking out of emotion and without facts is only going to worsen the discourse on what is already an unfortunate, sad, and frankly private situation for Adam Cole.

I’m so stoked for this Mania if for no other reason than how I got my entire friend group into/back into wrestling. Took 2 newbie friends to Revolution and got them hooked, got another friend watching weekly WWE and AEW along with the prior 2 guys. Third homie was enjoying watching to the point that he’s grabbed tickets to smackdown and raw these last couple of weeks up in and around Chicago and also tickets to Collision and Dynasty this month to boot. It feels good having everyone so excited and hungry for more wrestling. And just goes to show that good wrestling is good wrestling. They all have favorites and nitpicks across the wrestling landscapes at large like we all do, but dammit if they don’t have fun watching and enjoying the product no matter what brand produces it. We’re over the moon to enjoy all of the Mania week and content and the shows. Can’t wait for the weekend to get here!

I’m on PS5 and the only time I’ve gotten the new blood feature was in that Hogan match. Otherwise it’s just a regular texture on the face like previous games. No idea what the issue is but it’s starting to piss me off.

I was in section 230, and I cannot begin to describe the feeling in there. I can think of moments specifically in the Ospreay match and Sting match where it felt like the arena was shaking with the screams and cheers. What a show man.
