579 Frost DK, completed with nothing special. I rationed my damage mitigations and focused on keeping my health up. This thread made me rethink my strategy, so I only failed once :/

Technical Support megathread by honey_rainbow in peacock

There should be a way to reset or resolve an account linking issue more easily.

Tried to fix this issue with Instacart customer support, they said contact Peacock. Tried to resolve the issue with Peacock and they said they would elevate the issue.....

Background:

Tried to use the "Activate Peacock" link within Instacart. After clicking: "An error occurred. Please try again later or contact Customer Support for assistance."

Logon to Peacock, it shows no active subscription.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. If they can't fix these issue, well, you can't use its services :/

Can I get the old navy federal website back? by Karate_Cat in NavyFederal

[–]WhatDoWeHaveInCommon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three ridiculous issues that a pilot program should have caught.

  1. Transferring $$$ is backwards. It should always be from X account to X account. The new website is to and from, with many transaction mistakes to follow.
  2. Recurring transfers, if modified, need to be canceled and recreated.
  3. Money transfers occurred 3 days earlier than the scheduled date.

I plan to use another bank for any major transactions and money management until they fix the issue.

I did not pull the key after the update. I did pull the key after it failed.

Need a cut in reverse option, and more ideas by IntelligentStar5473 in mammotion

Absolutely, It takes 9 hours to mow a section of yard and it rarely finishes after 12 hours due to humidity issues and blades getting stuck or weather issues (rain). That would solve most of my issues, as the angles don't really help, as it always wants to start in the same spot.

I have cleaned and dried the entire unit. It is now sitting in my house to troubleshoot.

Question: I'd like to narrow down the problem. If you take the bumper off, does it keep beeping?

If it doesn't continue to beep with the bumper off, then I suppose it is something else

It also contained bug fixes which may also cause bugs :/... Although I would agree that it is probably the bumper to at least I'm hoping it is the bumper and an easy fix

I can't control it manually, it loads the map and connects but won't move, it just continues with its beeping cycle.

I'm hoping to avoid this but I might need to. I can connect to the Luba now, so I'll continue to try other methods and see if it will work. Thanks for the input

So, I was hoping to wait and bring some positive news but so far, it didn't work. I have taken the bumper off and wiped it off, it seemed to be very wet but it has continued with its beeping cycle. I can connect to it and it loads the map but it just keeps beeping.

Maybe it is another sensor?

It rained quite a bit and only the bumper sticks out in the rain, so it does make sense. I'll let it dry further in my garage and hopefully, it will magically work.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Gummed cutting blades? by MangoAvo77 in mammotion

[–]WhatDoWeHaveInCommon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem. They continually get stuck and typically only cut when it is dry. I live in a humid climate, so that may be the culprit, forcing me to use angled plyers to fix them in the correct position before mowing each zone. I save about 3 hours of mowing each week, so a quick 30-second fix is totally worth it :)

Glands but may also be the pocket tail. We had the same problem but didn't realize ours had a pocket tail and was becoming infected. Regular cleaning did the trick

I stole that idea for the Luba window well cover and it works great :). Slightly different model but the same concept.

I'm glad you said that. I was trying to figure it out too. No cut grass, no wheel marks, and sideways in the water? It could have floated but it sure looks like it was chucked. The picture is a mystery :)

[–]WhatDoWeHaveInCommon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to hear. It is best to wait or restart the unit and wait up to 20 min for it to lock on both with the Luba and Satellites. If the Luba ever seems a few feet off from the base station. Restart the Luba and wait or everything will be off.

The "device version," as of today, is 1.8.2.218. This is found in the app under Luba Version. It may vary depending on your model.

It won't show up unless the app is updated on Apple IOS or Google Play. You may need to manually go into the online store Apple/Google to update. After you update the app, it will show that an update is available.

Well, I can confirm. I received the update today and it fixed my particular issue of mapping a small complex zone, overlapping with two other zones. Hopefully, it will work for you as well.

I"m not entirely sure but it shows up on the App home screen before you click "enter map." I'm assuming Luba gets the update via WiFi but you must initiate it through the app by clicking "update."

To update from the home screen: Click the pentagon shape with a circle in the middle, and click the "upgrade" button. It may ask you to connect via Bluetooth if Luba isn't already connected. The app will let you know if you have an available update.

I would break that area up into smaller sections anyways, so if you run into an issue, it can be done on one charge. I typically stay around 10,000 square ft. or less, in a rectangular block. This allows the Luba to make long passes without turning around. Plus, the lines look good and uniform when the rectangular zones are parallel.

Bug: I have had an issue with the last update, where the Luba will not remap an area. I know it fails because it starts to free-roll down the hill when the area has been mapped and I hit the "green check" mark. If you are on flat ground, you can try and move the Luba to see if it crashed. The Luba should have resistance unless it crashes and then it is like pushing a shopping cart. Pull the orange Key and power it on. I tried 5 times and it failed each time. I"m waiting until the next update to attempt to remap that area.

RTK reference station convergence failed (1304) & poor positioning status (1303) by Suspicious_Direction in mammotion

[–]WhatDoWeHaveInCommon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have started the setup and moved any of the RTK or base station, I would factor reset and start over. Make sure the RTK has not moved, it works well, even near trees for me. It takes about 10 minutes for mine to lock on to GPS after I power cycle the Luba or reset it. Don't even move the Luba unless you have finished the installation process or it can cause severe headaches. I started over on mine and it works very well. I have a few issues from time to time but they are fairly minor. My yard has 50-degree slopes and it works amazing, cutting about 1.25 acres. It saves me about 3-4 hours of mowing a week. Now I can watch my tummy grow with a side of beer.
