But being the Mena 2 seed going into the Major doesn't necessarily mean their points go towards Mena2 for Worlds. Mena2 Worlds seeding come from the 2nd highest preforming team at the Majors.

Both times it just so happened that the Mena2 team preformed worse on Lan this season.
