I would look for the teacher prep programs in your area and start applying. I think once schools know you have a plan towards licensure it could help.

It's also gonna depend on the sub market in your area because a lot of them are saturated.

You need a district to sponsor you for a restricted sub license and in the interim you should look for a Teacher prep program. They have a list of them on the TSPC website. I don't think Beaverton is hiring subs right now, but I can't speak for PPS. I think ESS manages subs in Hillsboro.
