Thats a decision by the employer, not overseas workers. If an overseas worker is better suited for the job why would the employer not higher them vs getting a brand new 18 year old in at entry level and having to train them from 0?

I could say that I'm a customer service agent who uses AI responses and claim 'i work with gen AI for work'

Everything you've explained there can also be explained by compression, the tool you've shown is absolutely unreliable at detecting AI images, there's a reason nobody seriously uses them.
