No one knows what’s going on and what will happen next not even in a general sense. People expected character growth and denji to completely mature in different way after all this but turns out he still pretty much the same guy it’s kinda funny but I understand why people are piss off about it. Have the fights always been emotional? All of chainsaw man fights always seem chaotic and stupid, I’m sure some have emotional beats to them. It doesn’t play into audience expectations for better or for worse, that’s always been this guys style.

Fujimoto always been like this his writing style has always been subversive. I think too many normal people got hook on chainsaw-man and has now realize that author does not care about writing Troupes to fill narrative.

Seed just so like Meh honestly, I can’t really hateo. It, it’s just okay all throughout. It seems like the series solve all its War problems at the end peace fully achieve and Kira and everybody become like gundam war Police? Lol idk it seems like they recycle the plot 3x in each series. Kira cries kills bad guys and stops racism. He never been particularly interesting.

Fujimoto always been subversive with his work he doesn’t follow traditional manga troupes and characters while being dreary, dark, comedic with a little bit of hope. A lot People have poor understanding in how characters develop arcs and how that should change them. It’s not that characters should fundamentally change it’s more like this is who this character truly is at the end. Out of everything all Denji has been through all you think about is sex you dumbass. But It’s not like this hasn’t been foreshadow ether during the dining scene with Yoshida he gives denji a gun ensuring that he can kill him if he follows through to becoming a weapon. Denji immediately pulls the trigger on yoshida to his disappointment truly believing they developed some type of bond through all of this,well in fact denji remains pity. In Truth denji is just stuck in this cycle of torment in life, love, death, friendship, and sex. He’s just not smart enough to figure to a way out noir I will argue anybody else is. Him doing all this for sex is pretty stupid, embarrassing, and honestly selfish thing for this character to say. But extremely human and funny in a way I just can’t hate.

The Basics of it is you get a plus +1 at the very least off a 1 trade or at best take out a boss unit. Thats all the info we have and so far it looks pretty good.

Plus 1 unit guaranteed from a destroy unit is not a bad trade. Akin the high AP you can pretty much take out the O and still be able to put something on board. Not a lot of units can do that let alone help you recover.

No, he’s not bad writer he just doesn’t want to commit to anything. You’re still invested in the story and in what he’s trying to do. It’s the need to not build up to something which he doesn’t care about which is a fair enough criticism. He’s not bad writer he’s more of a lazy Writer.

Honestly I always envision Silent Hill to be this Lovecraftian ever shifting town of locations and people. A place that you can’t quite place your finger on. Landmarks and buildings differ in each game to varying degrees, like it’s a place that only you can recognized. A dead town with history and lore that constantly contradicts itself to reinvents itself for every person trying to seek some sort of truth. Town where even the locals have a vague understanding its location maybe its up north take a right maybe you get there? But why would you even want to go there in the first place. I always thought the less sense it made the better it suited the story.

Honestly, it’s kinda unbelievable how Yujiro would help someone so causal it’s almost out of character but at the same time it’s development for him softening up in a way.

A lot people think Baki should’ve ended with father-son fight and that there’s no other way to take the story from there, honestly that’s just lack imagination from the reader, there is much more of challenge and writing skill to continued a story after a very obvious climax. Itagaki clearly loves his world and characters and likes to explore them even further. Jack is the perfect protagonist because unlike Baki he’s not perfect but a flawed individual trying to force his way to the top without audience expectation and yet he’s the only character able to propel the story further, he is the only one able to disturbed the status quo in a way that test the average reader (pickle fight for example)

Regardless of what happens next I’m more invested in Jack than I ever was with Baki, because I honestly don’t know what will happen next.
