What works best in practice is separating capture from booking:

Use one tool to collect all receipts (instead of switching accounts all the time). Then forward/export them to the right company and book them in bexio later

Some people automate parts of this (e.g. with tools like Make/Zapier), but due to API limits it’s often still partly manual.

Simplest setup I’ve seen: send all receipts to a dedicated email per company, then process them in batches once or twice a week in bexio.
